Kilometers are shorter
than miles. Save gas, take your next trip in kilometers.

How's your summer going? Mine is going well, thanks to your
cooperation! My Fridays off have been extremely helpful in
getting some personal things taken care of, as well as spending
some time creating mixed
media artwork and
taking assorted classes. Right now I'm taking a refresher
Search Engine Marketing class in order to
keep current and maybe learn some new tricks for your sites
Now down to some business.

A Sign of the Times. My clients are some of the luckiest
folk in the world. Do you know that sometimes I forget to
turn on my timer when I do your work? That means free work
for you! When we talk on the phone to sort things out, I
rarely charge for my time. And even though your contracts
say I will charge interest on late invoices, I never do.
Unfortunately, treating my clients
as I would friends and family has resulted in, well,
some unfortunate results for me and my checkbook. As an independent
contractor offering impeccable customer service, I give my
clients an amazing value for an astonishingly low price.
In order to maintain this level of service, the following
have been put in place, effective August 1:
- All accounts who are late on their payments will be charged
a one-time $25 late fee as well as 1.5%
interest. See your invoice for your payment
terms. If you require extra time on an ongoing basis
due to your bookkeeping schedule, please email or call
me and we'll work out a solution that will suit us both.
- All out-of-state clients will be billed for my travel
expenses (airfare, car rental, hotel). All Colorado clients
outside of Fort Collins will be billed 59 cents per mile
for my travel to and from their home or place of business.
I do understand that the economy is rough right now; we're
all struggling. Please, let's work together so that we all
benefit from our professional relationship. If you have
any questions, don't hesitate to give me a call!
